Introduction Phase
After we make introductions and gather initial information on your Project, we will schedule a Site Consultation with you.
Concept Phase
During this phase we start on the design considerations. Once we have all the basic information assembled into an Estimate, and a shared design concept, we can structure a Proposal.
Construction Phase
Once the Proposal is accepted and an Initial Scheduling Deposit is collected, we provide a Project Start Date & Timeline. Now your Project will be assigned to an Operations Manager who follows a thorough Order of Operations framework to ensure quality.
Quality Control
As the Project nears completion, we will schedule a client "Walk-Through" to review the work performed. We do this to guarantee 100% client satisfaction. After collecting final payments, we will ask you to complete a survery or submit a testimonial for feedback. Finally, we will schedule two follow up Quality Control visits to make sure the work performed is settling in nicely to the new landscape.
